A newer version already exists. Just check the stable ROM page (https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi...files/xiaomi.eu/MIUI-STABLE-RELEASES/MIUIv11/).
I have MIMix 3 5G and the stable ROM has not come out yet, but if you are not familiar with this kind of update then wait for the update via OTA.
