Whatsapp Photo Bug

Sometimes if I want to send photo from my gallery whatsapp stops and crashes every time i try to restart.
I have to deactivate my internet, then i have to delete the picture and only then whatsapp doestn crash anymore
anyone have a solution?

Which ROM version are you being with?
Whatsapp's version as well?
