New WHATSAPP VOICE MESSAGE IS SHUTTING DOWN MY PHONE

Hey everyone i have an absourt issue about my phone .As you see my phone is Shutting down himself when i try to listen WhatsApp voice message and turning on after 10 seconds like restarted.i have another 2 question to not about that one
1 after i update my phone to latest version my phone getting started slow working when this will be ok?
2 i never get response off my feedback on my phone i did why this xiaomi team not looking my problems never ever and i had to look on forums everytime myself?
Please forgive me for my bad english i hope u will help me
