Which Rom To Get First

Hello. So I got SMS today that I have permission to unlock my device Redmi Note 3. My question is, should I get official ROM first (and then STABLE or DEVELOPER?), or can I just install ROM from this site straight away?

Sorry if this is answered somewhere, but there is so much info everywhere I am lost.

For Flashing EU you need TWRP and UNLOCKED BL
