New Widget Issue: Cannot download any widget

Hi everyone!

I have an issue with widgets on HyperOS v1.0.23.11.17, xiaomi.eu rom, Redmi Note 10 4G.

When I add a widget, for example Xiaomi pets cat widget, it does add, but it doesn't work. It just shows in the right corner the download icon. If I click on it, nothing happens.

It does happen on custom clock widgets too.

I tried to clear data on Themes app, App Vault app, but nothing works.

Help me, please. Thanks!

Make sure you open the Themes app and grand the permission requested on first launch.

I've tried, it says "Consent to Privacy Policy is not required.", and it doesn't show any permissions.

App Vault widgets work fine, only widgets that are connected to Themes doesn't work.

Sometimes, very rarely, when I press on these not working widgets in the widget menu, it says that Themes crashed, but it happens rarely.

UPD: Only the widgets doesn't work, the Themes app works fine.

It could be rom issue, is there's any other HyperOS rom for Redmi Note 10?

No. And it's not a ROM issue, otherwise you'd see many reports like that.
