Widgets doesn't refresh/update

Hi everyone!

I bought a Xiaomi 9T mobile a few weeks ago.

I've always liked to use several widgets, especially Google Keep, Google Calendar and some weather app.
So far, in my previous phones, widgets were updated when I added something, for example, on the computer. But since I have this phone, they doesn't updated until I enter the app. If not, the widget remains without refreshing.

I do not know if it is because of this phone, because something that I have activated (or something that I should activate), because of the Launcher (I use nova Launcher) or what.
It is the first time I have a Xiaomi and I don't know many things.
