do Xiaomi.eu ROM or any Xiaomi device support WiFi Calling?
If no: Is this a question of software or hardware?

Bump, I'm interested in this, switching carrier and they are allowing you to use your own phone for VoWIFI, it's already confirmed that Samsung, OnePlus and iPhones support it, don't even seem to have the option on my Note 4 Global, would be great to have.
