WIFI tethering, The Rakuten mobile network operater's SIM, the microsd card were not able to use, After applying the stable V10.3.2.0. version ROM.

The smartphone I use is xiaomi mi max3.
After applying the stable version of ROM below, then some problems occurred.

applying stable virsion:
xiaomi.eu_multi_MIMAX3_V10.3.2.0.PEDCNXM_v10-9.zip

problems:
WIFI tethering not available.
The Rakuten mobile network operater's SIM can not be used,but the docomo SIM can used.
Although the microsd card which was able to be used became unavailable, but I can read and write it with windows.

Please tell me about these solusions.
