With call recording function?

Hello everyone, I come from other discord forums and servers.
I have been told that the xiaomi.eu roms still retain the function of recording phone calls (for example, as in the first mi max), unlike the official xiaomi roms in Spain.

My questions or doubts are:

Does anyone know of a trusted site, store or web where they sell current xiaomi smartphones with the rom already installed from xiaomi.eu?

I don't have the information you are looking for, but being able to update the ROM require the same basic knowledge (TWRP, fastboot) needed to install the ROM in the first place.

Unless you never ever want to update the phone, I don't think buying a phone with the ROM installed would help you much.
