Wrinting Mode

Hi, I bought a MI Pad 4 and came with a problem.
I can not introduce any wrinting Mode and is not possible to go the internet.
How can I resolve this?

I don't exactly understand what your problems are. What's "wrinting mode"? I assume you mean "writing", but even then I don't understand what you're trying to say. Do you mean you cannot use the keyboard? Or you cannot add a different keyboard? Or what else?
Regarding "not possible to go the internet" - same thing: what's the problem exactly? There are literally hundreds of reasons why you might have problems with the internet - no one can help you unless you are more specific.
