Invalid Xiaomi 12 ROM V13.0.30.0.SLCCNXM_v13-12 - Problems with Google

Hi,
I just bought a Xiaomi 12 from China (12GB+256GB), unlocked it and installed the ROM V13.0.30.
The following problems occur:

1) I can't install Chrome from the Play Store, other APPs install without problems.
2) I get an error from Google when setting up an account (email), while other Google accounts install without any problems.

I've already tried resetting to factory settings, but it didn't solve anything.

Who can help me?

I have problem with google pay and mi band payment don't connect to my bank? Someone else with those issues?

If you have searched and found this question then the answer is to update Android web view from the play store, after which chrome should install. the answer was another website.
