I have a Xiaomi 12S Ultra, but it's empty. When I start it, it stops in boot mode because there is no system installed on this device. Before, there was still an interface with some tiles from "TWRP". However, this is no longer displayed to me. I only see the Mi logo at the bottom center and the lock open at the top.
Now I tried to install the latest stable ROM on it but my PC does not recognize this device. I put the device in fastboot mode but it still does not recognize it. I have already tried to research and have installed the required ADB driver, unfortunately without success. I have also changed the cable, used other USB ports, but without success. There is an "Android device" listed in the Device Manager, with an exclamation mark. How should I proceed so that my device is recognized by the PC?
