New Xiaomi 13 Ultra Notification Bug

Hello. I have Xiaomi EU version 2.0.203.0 installed on my Xiaomi 13 Ultra. I'm experiencing a notification issue I've never experienced before. I'm not receiving notifications from third-party apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc.). I'm experiencing this issue even though all notification settings are enabled.

What is the solution to this problem?
