Xiaomi 13 unlock

Hi,

I have Xiaomi 13 China edition and it is locked. I want to install EU ROM but I can`t unlock.

I have used MI Unlock app. With EU xiaomi account I got:
Couldn't unlock
The place where the account is registered does not match the place where the phone is sold.

I waited longer then 7 days and phone was bonded to account:

Added successfully. Mi Account
is associated with this device...

I`m from EU and I don`t have China account.

Do you have any idea how to unlock the phone?
