Xiaomi 14T Mobile Network Issues

I have a Xiaomi 14T and recently i'm having issues with my mobile network connection, it works wonders while im using the phone but if i leave my screen off for a few minutes i lose my network signal and cant make calls/use mobile data. I have to restart the phone for it to work again.
Sometimes the phone restarts itself without me doing anyhting

I've swaped Sim slots, even swap to eSim and it remains the same.
One temporary solution i've found is to always have portable hotspot on.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

OS: Xiaomi HyperOS 1.0.10.0.UNEEUXM
Android version: 14 UP1A.2310005.007
Andorid Security update: 2024-09-01
