Xiaomi 1C Vacuum Mop - spins, cannot find the base

Hi. Recently I've bought Xiaomi 1C Vacuum Mop. It worked well, but after two days it spins around during clean up. Sometimses it cleans the whole room but spins around when tries return to charge base. It even almost gets to base, and then steps back. You can see it here:

I've tried to reset to factory defaults, reset WiFi, reinstall Xiaomi app, clean data etc, but no luck. Should I take it to repair in Service Center?
