I had to make factory reset and after that I can´t make phone calls. It just ends right away when I try to call. I have updated the phone app, but no help.
Hello, you are on xiaomi.eu (.EU) custom ROM project forum. I don't think you installed .EU ROM.
Please give it a try, latest Stable or Weekly ROM update.
