Great, the OP asked about Beta, not Stable. What's your question? Why there is no Stable MIUI12 for willow yet? Because Xiaomi hasn't released one yet, same for most devices that will get it eventually.

I simply said that on the page of the my stable site there is willow in the device table with miui 12
