I bought the buds, but the app doesnt show all the features, it shows the same settings as for the redmi buds 3 pro, so no head tracking and ldac audio. I already deleted the old buds out of the system, and i use the settings app (i have xiaomi phone: redmi note 11 pro). Any idea how to fix? I am using miui global 14.0.1 (14.0.1.0(TKXEUXM)).

If you are using the official SW (Global ROM) go to the Xiaomi website.

Im sorry, i dont understand. Why would i use a ROM from xiaomi.eu? And what ROM shoud i use if you shoud use it. And will there be dataloss? And what does SW mean?

- I am not telling you to use xiaomi.eu ROM. I say solve the problem on Xiaomi website if you are using their ROM.

It's because LDAC and surround sound is only available for specific devices with these buds. And your device is not in the list.

Absolutely insane that Xiaomi hasn't made the buds 3t pro compatible with the Xiaomi 13 pro when they were released in the same year. Really disappointing and obviously a planned obselesence strategy..
