Xiaomi.eu Extension

Hi, I find a app in my system called xiaomi.eu extension and I am unable to see any information about it. Neither I can disable or delete it and I am wondering what this is. It is pretty small like 380kb big but it has some user cache like 50kb? If anyone can tell me what it is, I appreciate it. Thank you

Some of our custom features are in there, like "Side panel shortcuts" editor, "Hide app icons" editor, etc.
I don't understand the obsession with disabling system apps.
