Hey, if i will flash the Xiaomi EU version on my Mi 11 ultra, Will it get updates via OTA or will i have to flash every new update from PC again and again?

Updater app in Xiaomi.eu ROMs requires a custom recovery (like TWRP, OrangeFox, SHRP, etc.) to install new ROMs. For your device, after that the Updater app downloaded the new ROM, you need to manually reboot to TWRP (go in "3-dots" menu of the Updater app => Reboot to Recovery) and install the new ROM. Reboot your device after that.

So I can do it through the phone and I'm not required to always have my PC with me to update yeah?Style and features differences.
Also which phone are you using with the Xiaomi EU?

You don't need to use a computer when a custom recovery is available for your device.
I'm using a Mi 9T (davinci) and the latest Weekly version by Xiaomi.eu.

I don't know if you know but the latest OrangeFox version for your device is R11.1 (Official) => https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=14943124697586336718
You can try any custom recovery you want. Latest versions are always recommended.
