Xiaomi Home app - Roborock S6 - Small map screen after app update

Hi,

After I updated the app on June 8th 2021 the map/activity screen opens at a very small size (not full screen as it used to). It's very difficult to use.

I'm using it on a Huawei tablet running Android 9.

Xiaomi customer service are polite but they haven't fixed it.

Everything is updated, it's been uninstalled/reinstalled and I even tried rolling back the app to the one before June 8th. Nothing changed, still small screen (see attached)

Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same thing, though running the app with the Roborock S5. Similarly, I have upgraded all apps to ensure I am running the latest. In my case, I'm am using a Nexus 7 tablet running Android version 6.0.1.

Hi and thanks for replying.

So, I'm not alone, others have the same problem.

Everything I've done so far doesn't fix it.

Reported the fault twice through the in-app feedback mechanism but no replies.

Sent several emails to Xiaomi Uk, at first they replied and told me that the tech team at HQ were working on it and a fix would be in the next app update.
It arrived and no difference. There have been a few app updates since then and the problem still exists.
Xiaomi UK have not replied to my last 3 emails.

The vacuum works well, does what it's meant to do but this level of customer service is a poor recommendation to buy Xiaomi/Roborock products.

Please reply again if you find a fix.
