I bought a Xiaomi Mi 11 on September 13th and it told me to wait 360 hours so I did. I inserted my SIM into the phone three times to "Add account and device".
360 hours later (today) I came back to the app and it told me the same thing: "This device has been activated for less than 7 days. Please activate it for 7 days before trying to unlock it again." However, I linked my Mi account to my phone more than 7 days ago. However I only have 8 hours of accumulated screen time but over more than 7 days. I don't have 7 days of screen time non stop. There has been some gaps.
I keep my SIM on my old phone.
This is all the info I have on my side. What do I have to do now??
