Xiaomi Mi4 problem

I get my xiaomi Mi4 last friday but....... with a problem
I think is a hardware problem, i already try with the oficial v5 stable rom from miui.com but not solved.....

If you have tried all ROM and done factory reset but problem still persit then I think you should send for warranty

Download the latest MIUI 4.9.5 from the official here. Then

1. rename to "update.zip"
2. go to Mi Recovery [ Vol Up + Power ]
3. Select your Language > Then do WIPE/RESET [ Make sure u backup everything]
4. Then Choose Install "update.zip"

Have fun. If all else fail. Let me know here

Last friday i try with the last V5 multilanguage (with Pt-Pt) from xiaomi.eu and with the V5 stable from en.miui.com (with the wipes) and don´t solve it......
Have not tried with the rom you say, but as the problem continues after trying with the roms I say above, I think it is hardware ..... or am I mistaken ????

I think your problem can be software.

Try this.
Enter Recovery mode.
make the two wipe options
Reinstall the rom.

My will be collected tomorrow, will analyze and give an answer

i manage to fix it.. just opend it up and unplug the battery and put it back on. the problem is with the charger.. i think is broken

Hmm I've had my mi4 for about 4 days now and not had that issue on both MIUI v5 and v6.

It could be solved by a clean flash of v6 maybe, however I still think you should inform the place where you purchased it from and get it replaced.
