Xiaomi Organizational Design

Hello all MI-Fans,

We are a group of Chinese and Danish students who are doing a masters degree in Innovation Management here in Beijing China. We are currently conducting a project about the organizational structure of Xiaomi and would therefore like to know if anyone know where we can find this, or someone we can talk to?

The goal of our project is to asses whether a ground breaking technology company like Xiaomi would be able to have a broader collaboration with its fans if it chose to re-structure its organization from what it is now.

Therefore we are looking for a more formal structure as seen below
