Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 pro 5g. Stuck vibrating for notifications but can’t get screen on

Hi - my phone is still vibrating when I put my thumb on the power button etc but the screen and sound have gone dead. I’ve tried holding in the power button for 10, 15, 30 seconds as per other videos etc but this does not bring up the reboot menu
Ive also tried the same holding in the volume up button and the power button but still nothing.
Have then tried both the above with power cable plugged in. Still nothing
any help would be amazing as really don’t want to have to buy another phone!

Have you tried doing a factory reset? Or maybe reinstall the rom? I don't have these problems here, this seems like a hardware problem.
