Hello everybody,
I have a problem with the Mi Home app and hope someone can help me
First of all I am from Germany - EU.
I connected the vacuumer without problems in the Mi home on the EU server. But I need to switch the app into Mailand server because in the EU server it will not connet to my IP cam and bulb.
So the facts:
- vacuumer is only running on EU server
- IP cam + bulb are running only on Mailand server
I cant integrate all devices on one server
On the Mailand server the vacuumer is shown as "online" but if i tap on it i get the message:
"Please select the server for your current location by going to Profile > Settings > Region in the app, then reset the WIFI and reconnect."
Someone an idea how to solve my problem?
