Xiaomi Web site for unlocking bootloader

Hi all,

i'm trying to unlock the Remi Note 5 pro of my wife, the problem is that the site to do so seem to be out of order.

Any idea on how to bypass that or an other web site adress ?

Can anyone help, I've unlocked many mi phones through the unlock tool bit never encountered this problem before, I just received my k30 pro zoom edition yesterday but rammed with Chinese characters. I tried numerous mi unlock tools and none work. I have added my mi account, in developer options I have also added them, I have turned on the unlock bootloader tab and usb debugging is activated. The message says in developer options that my account is added not to erase etc.... when I run the tool it says please add your account in Miui settings > Developer options > Mi Unlock status.

tried different cables, another laptop etc....

Any help would be appreciated.

Defo isn't working with my k30 pro with the unlock tool. Running Miui 11. Have they maybe changed their policy on unlocking the bootloader. I hope not.
