Hi, sorry if my english is not good. I had a problem yesterday, i tried to update the software of my 12S ultra, but suddenly the screen black out, and now is not responding, the screen is totaly black and do not respond when i connect the charger or press the power button. I tried to fixed with the help of a community, but when wont be able to set the phone en edl mode, my computer do not recognize the phone. Anyone can relate with my problem?
