Flashing xiaomi.eu rom on a Chinese version device and on another Global version device, what are the differences?

Hello everyone, it is known that the majority flashing the xiaomi.eu ROM on a Chinese version device (Chinese ROM), but I want to buy a global version device and I want to flash the xiaomi.eu ROM on it... So I was wondering is there any difference between flashing xiaomi.eu ROM on a Chinese version device and flash it on another global version device. Is there any difference in performance, features, or any other things?
