We have added compatibility for Redmi Note 12 non-NFC (tapas) to our ROM for Redmi Note 12 NFC (topaz), which allows us to support both variants without having to maintain two separate ROMs.
The current combined ROM for topaz/tapas (TOPAZ_OS1.0.4.0.UMGMIXM) has a newer security patch than the last ROM for tapas (TAPAS_OS1.0.4.0.UMTMIXM) so you might want to update if you're using tapas, dirty flashing is fine.
