Hello!
I am hoping that someone might have the magic answer that I have been searching for on my MMS issue.
I had a Mi Mix 2, which worked flawlessly for 5 years. I am on the Bell Mobility network in Canada. I just upgraded to the Mi 12 Pro, and everything on the phone is working perfectly, except for MMS.
The system information is:
Android Version: 12 SKQ1.211006.001
MIUI Version: 13.0.6.0(SLBMIXM)
Model: 2201122G
Baseband Version: GLB-DE1.0-C14.3.5512.180413_1223_a716e4f2367
Kernal Version: 5.10.43-android12-9-gb8e472053352-ab-8059253
The APN has been matched exactly to those of Bell Canada's on their website, and of course because this is considered a "grey market" phone, they can't help beyond that.
The phone uses Google Messages as default.
I can not send MMS at all (says Sending and never changes). I can recieve MMS but it just shows as a circle and when I try to download it, it never does.
The SMSC is set correctly (per the network guy at Bell I finally spoke to).
I am at a complete loss as to what to try next. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Thanks in advance!
Chris
