hi, Mi9 with 9.9.6 always does download updates via mobile-data but I have set it to wifi only in the settings. I lost all my data volume cause of this bug.

9.9.6 kills all background processes after a few minutes, Battery condition does not matter. it closes all apps in background. battery safer is set to default, nothing changed.
