Mi6 Does Not Boot After Flashing 7.11.23_v9-7.1from Stock/unlock

hello,

I unlocked today my Mi6 and I wanted to flash xiaomi.eu_multi_MI6_7.11.23_v9-7.1,
I did install TWRP, did a factory reset (wipe data and usercache...
Installed xiaomi.eu_multi_MI6_7.11.23_v9-7.1 and did a reboot, but there is only the MI logo
with android and the moving points at the bottom.

what can I do ?

I tried it again, and when I try to install the image via twrp, twrp shows an message:
"no OS installed are you sure you want to start"


edit: solved, I needed to format the data partition, reinstalled twrp...
now it works
