There seems to be a new recovery also, I wonder if it's needed for flashing 4.4?

Does anyone have this 4.4 zip file? I've tried all different ways to get it, but it just times out.

Up and running. It's really fast and what I notice so far is there looks to be no GPS and when choosing the new Google Keyboard it FC's then the return button doesn't work until choosing the AOSP keyboard again. I've read others' having the same issues.

Edit: It seems GPS does work, after a reboot it seems ok.

Which cwm did you use? I think no dual boot available?

mi2a-recovery-android-4.4.zip

Right, there is no dual boot with it and it's in english.

I'm trying to flash the new recovery but it is giving me an error.

I did it the usual way from the cmd line: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

P.s. This zip isn't for flashing via the update.zip method. Look inside the zip and you'll see.
