i have a problem ,after calling someone i want to add another call and click on merge it gives message not connected - connection failed - i have seen videos how to activate this normal function of MERGE call it says to delete data of phone and phone services already done still its not working - kindly suggest the solution pls - my device is Readme mi 12 pro
