Deleted active APEX files by error

hi all, ive made a big mistake, i deleted by error the folder "Active" into "Apex" folder and now the phone is kinda dead (no signal, no apps opening and ccontinue to reboot).
Ive tried to reflash Miui.eu and the stock one but nothing solved and seems the files wont create by itself, any solution? thanks

I faced the same problem.
Just reinstall ROM and the issue is gone.
