fastboot loop before install xiaomi.eu rom

I have my X14 Global just unlocked.
I am installing via fastboot from Windows the rom xiaomi.eu_multi_HOUJI_OS1.0.31.0.UNCCNXM_os1-14 using the file windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat
When it finishes installing it, the phone stays in a loop in fastboot.

Does anyone know why? how to fix it?

Retry and check for errors in the flash, correct them or download the ROM again, check the CRC to ensure it is correct and try once more.

Hey, i got the same problem, tried two weekly roms and last stable release. Rom instalation is succesful, after that MI logo show for 1 sec and phone goes to Fastboot. Any ideas?

So work around is to install TWRP and then use commends
fastboot erase misc

fastboot set_active a

fastboot reboot

I have the same thing.

I managed to solve it.
Firts with MiFlash I flashed Global EU ROM [https://mifirm.net/download/11799]
Then again flashed xiaomi.eu ROM and it worked.

Install TWRP >> reinstall ROM in fastboot >> install SIM fix
