Hipper OS stabile on Xiaomi Redmi note 11 pro 5g (VEUXG)

I have a Xiaomi Redmi note 11 pro 5g (VEUXG) mobile phone. I am currently using EU software V14.0.60 and now I am being offered EU Hipier OS V1.0.3.0, what is the difference between the two softwares, that is, what is important to me is whether it works with NFC and whether it has the Call Recording option

HyperOS is a continuation of the MIUI that it replaced. MIUI is dead.
The features you described are of course part of HyperOS.

Thanks to your answer. How can I flash Hipper OS? I flashed Miui via fastboot. Is there a possibility to install TWRP and install through it or OTA update

The method of installing/updating the ROM is the same as in MIUI.
