Hello,

I am waiting on my new Xiaomi Hongmi 1S to arrive.
I bought it from China, and it should arrive shortly.

I have some doubts I would like you to clear for me.

1. Does my Xiaomi Hongmi 1S support MIUI ROM you make?
MIUI that you make here at Xiaomi.eu is compatible with this phone?
Is it upgraded weekly?

2. Does this ROM support the Portuguese language?
Does this ROM you developed support my native language?

Hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you, in advance, for your help.

Best regards.

1. The ROM versions available here are for various phones, some are for RedMi 1S. I believe the one available here for RedMi 1S is the multilanguage version of the Official Stable Rom (currently is the JHCCNBD24.0) that doesn't have weekly updates.

2. The Multilanguage ROM has portuguese language (I use it) and is the one available here.

If I'm wrong feel free to correct, I'm a begginer in the MI world :p

Hello again,

Thanks for your feedback.
Have not responded earlier due to the delays on the International Post Office.
Finally, it seems it will arrive tommorrow.

So, here I bring my doubts:
(I am new to these things, so I ask you to maitain your patience)

I downloaded the MIUI Multi 4.7.4 from here:
http://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/4-7-4.24823/

The name of the file is:
xiaomi.eu_multi_armani_JHCCNBD24.0_jb-4.3.zip

This is the newest and the correct one, right?

Then I saw:
"Installation:
- Xiaomi devices:
.Install via OTA or Updater app
- Other OFFICIAL devices:

.Install via OTA or Download and flash Multilang
.REBOOT"

Based on your experience with the device (Hongmi 1S) what is the proper one?
I only need to put the *zip on the device and run the "Updater App", is that it?

Thank you for your attention.

Best regards.

The xiaomi.eu_multi_armani_JHCCNBD24.0_jb-4.3.zip is the latest STABLE ROM MULTILANGUAGE for RedMi 1S

To install it put the zip in the storage and on the updater app open options and "select update package", choose the zip and you're done

There are lots of FAQ's around here for that kind of doubts...

Many thanks for your response.

I have already installed it.
It is much more stable and with better translation than the ROM it had installed it.

The phone is very good :)

Again, thank you.
