Resolved Miui 13.0.9 Whatsapp contact names randomly dissapear on Mi 11 Pro

Hello,
after updating from Miui 12.5 my Whatsapp contact names randomly dissapear and I see only numbers on chat. After some time they appear again without obvious reason.
I've tried to refresh synchonization on Whatsapp, updated the app, checked permissions, everything looks fine.

Try to uninstall and install again Whatsapp, for me it helped

I solved it by going to settings > accounts > WhatsApp > WhatsApp > more (...) > remove account. Then going to WhatsApp > new chat icon > more options > refresh.

Double check if Whatsapp has the permission to read your contacts. I would try to uninstall and reinstall the app if you keep having the problem afterwards.

1. Open WhatsApp and tap on New Chat Icon located at the bottom right corner of your screen.

2. On the next screen, tap on the 3-dots Menu icon located at the top right corner of your screen.

3. From the menu that appears, tap on the Refresh option
