It's a Full Open Source Android System Based On CYanogenmod, wich offer the best System as base

What are the differences from a usual Cyanogenmod?
This is Full OpenSource, will Not Include Any Google Or Poprietary File​

2-Take This Package to debloat it
3-Wipa /data and Dalvik cache on recovery, and install it
4- DO NOT flash Gapps
5- Install This

Hm. Also: what do you mean by 'secure'? Have you or anybody else done a 'security' audit? Is it published?
Do not take me wrong, but open source is not a synonym for secure... It gives you the opportunity to do some analysis, but does not guarantee security.

Some parts of aosp aren't open source too like certificates and bug report ecc..
