Show Recent Apps Tray Stopped Working

Hi,
Im on latest 6.5.26 beta and yesterday my show recent apps tray stopped working.
I tried to enable the new shortcut circle, but it doesnt work there either. I also tried to mount it to longpress home button, but still not working. I use English language and this worked for a few days after I updated, but then suddenly stopped yesterday.
Anyone have a fix?

Mine got updated yesterday with the global version. I have the same issue... Booted in Safe Mode and it hangs at Just a sec...
