Switch from 12s Ultra (Xiaomi.eu) to 14 Ultra (Global)

For the past year and a half I've been using the 12S Ultra (with xiaomi.eu software) which I bought from tradingshenzen. Now I've switched to the 14 ultra (global) and I want to wipe my previous phone so I can sell that one. What steps do I need to make in order to let this work, without deleting the os etc. As you might tell, I'm a complete noob

- log out of your Xiaomi account
- reboot into TWRP >> Format Data >> yes >> reboot system
- done
