Touch Screen Not Work On Twrp

Hi all
i want to flash this rom on My mi pad 3
i do all the right levels
when i load TWRP the touch screen not work

i install this
twrp-3.1.0-cappu_b4.img
from here http://en.miui.com/thread-593004-1-1.html

someone has this problem ?
