Usb connect to pc Mi11

Hi. How to connect the MI 11 to the PC via usb? Need reliable links to drivers that are working. All drivers I found via google search didn't work.
It's heavily disappointing from xiaomi, even the are no drivers on their page.

Need help. Thx.

USB works fine
- Device Manager
- update driver
- search on my computer
- select from a list of available drivers
- then everything appears
- repeat 3x ADB, Bootloader & Composite ADB
- then appears when connecting: MTP-USB-Device
