I finally have the Redmi Note 11 and it has now the latest stable xiaomi.eu rom ! Thanks for your great work !

Do you know if weekly builds could arrive one day for this device ?

No. Weekly ROMs are based on China Beta ROMs, and spes(n) is a Global device without any China ROM.
