Where Are New Stable Eu Roms' Changelog ?

Hey guys,
Hi admins,

I've been wondering this for a while.
as the title said, where are the changelog for all the new stable eu roms when they are released?

I can easily find changelog for weekly developer eu roms.
But stable eu roms, they just silently appear in the download folder.

I don't know what features the new roms got and so on.
Or the changelog is just the same as for china stable roms? and we just turned a one from a china stable version into eu stable version?

Search stable version number on en.miui.com.. Changelog is same for stables with China..

Do you mean that the en.miui.com and xiaomi.eu Global stable roms are exactly the same?

Hi,
It seems that the stable ROMs are not updated in xiaomi.eu where the last is V8.2.1.0.LXHCNDL while it's V8.2.3.0.NXHCNEC on en.mui.com.
