Today my phone charge was showing at 0 but also wasn't saying it was going to power off or registering that it was charging in the first place, it was also being really laggy even after cleaning caches so I decided to reboot it but after powering it off it has not powered back on again. I have tried factory resetting it and letting it charge on a reliable charger for 3 hours, yet it still will not turn on and will also not connect to my laptop to back up any of the content on my phone. Nothing is working and I do not know what has happened or what I can do to fix it. Please help
