Xiaomi 14 Pro eSim option not showing

Just received my Xiaomi 14 Pro Shennong yesterday, and I cant for the life of me find the eSim option.
Tried searching around in the forum and the greater web, without finding a solution.

Model 23116PN5BC
Running HyperOS xiaomi.eu stable version. (OS1.0.32.0.UNBCNXM)

Any advice to how to activate eSim option?

Where do you have that info from? There are several places on the net stating eSim capability on the 14Pro.

CN devices do not have Esim only the global versions have(and not all) it and it is at the HW level.

X14P doesn't have an open esim.
It does have xiaomis proprietary solution, which essentially acts the same but only works in mainland China and with xiaomis plans.

It doesn't have the hardware module required for the kind of esim that we know, so it also can't be added with custom ROMs.

Same thing for the CN version of houji btw...
